What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Our ability to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out is based on hotel occupancy and our staffing levels and cannot be guaranteed.
What is the check-in process like?
We kindly ask all guests to arrive at 3:00 pm for check-in and present photo ID and a credit card in the same name. Please note we cannot accept debit cards for reservations or check-in. Our minimum age for check-in is 19 years old.
What method of payment is accepted?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express as method of payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept any debit cards or pre-paid credit cards at check-in.
Is there a security deposit?
We pre-authorize a $150 security deposit via credit card which will be released at the end of your stay subject to an inspection of the property.
Where can I park?
Parking is included with your stay for your convenience. You will need to register your car with the front desk. Please only park in designated hotel parking spots and avoid parking in the National Car & Truck Rental parking.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind at Arbutus Inn.
